Metzeler is proud to announce the beginning of a new era in racing contingency payouts powered by American Express  Incentive Services.
The Metzeler Rewards Card provides racers with an online, speedy rewards system providing money to pay for tires. Cards are to be used exclusively for purchasing tires through our racing vendor network, except in the AMA series which will payout cash.

Here are the steps you need to follow in order to begin earning your rewards:

1) Not yet registered users only: first register your profile
2) Already registered users: Subscribe for Metzeler Rewards Program (Available on March 1st, 2007)
3) Begin entering your racing results by selecting your winnings via the racing calendar on the site
4) The first Metzeler Rewards Card will be mailed by April 30th.

How the system works:
Racers register at contingency where they receive an account and login.
After logging in, they will be directed through the necessary steps to claim the awards. As race results are received from the respective race organizations/clubs, the results are validated (matched) against what was provided by the racer.  Matching results will generate a Metzeler Rewards Card, to be mailed out to the racer every two weeks in the amount of the reward.
Any racer currently registered for the previous contingency system will have to re-subscribe on new Contingency web site; they do not need to register a new profile on Metzeler web site.

The site will be fully operational on March 1st.

Please Note:   The first rewards cards will not be mailed out until April 30th.

The previous contingency web site will be accessible until the end of March in the event that a racer needs to look up information. After April 1st, that site will no longer be available.

Any remaining valid contingency certificates from 2006 will expire on Feb 17th, and must be turned into a race vendor no later than this date.  All contingency for races from January 1st, 2007 on will be redeemed via the new rewards program, and you may begin entering these results on or after March 1st, 2007.
